YQ(Y)W series gas-fired/oil-fired horizontal thermal fluid heater product introduction

The YQW series fuel/gas heat transfer oil boiler adopts a three-return circular tube structure, and the end of the coil adopts a shrink coil, which effectively protects the furnace wall at the end of the boiler, is equipped with an advanced combustion device, and the boiler operation is fully automated. After the fuel is ignited by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the disc tube and transmits radiant heat through the wall of the coil, which is the first return stroke. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion gathers at the rear furnace door and turns into the second return stroke, that is, the convection tube bundle region. After the convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature is gradually lowered to the front furnace door, and then turned into the third return pipe bundle. The zone is then discharged into the chimney via the economizer to the atmosphere.

The boiler is completely shipped out of the factory. After the site is in place, it can be put into operation only by turning on the gas (oil). The boiler heating surface consists of four parts: the furnace radiant heating surface, the first convection tube bundle heating surface, the second convection tube money heating surface, and the economizer (waste heat boiler).
